Returns Policy

We stand behind every product. Within 30 days of delivery, if your dog licking mat arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we’ll make it right with a full refund or replacement. You’ll need to provide photos as proof of damage or the error. Just contact us with your order number and photos. Returns for buyer’s remorse or address issues are not eligible. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return address.
